When you come in for your first class, if you haven't registered, please come in 15min. early to fill out registration information. If you have already registered you are all set. Head up the stairs and find a place for your belongings. Parents are welcome to watch from the observation area. At the time of your childs class, our coaches will loudly ring bells, notifing the kids to come down the stairs for the warm up game. Once the 5min. warm up game is over, the kids will get a drink if they need one and line up infront of their coach.
Dressing appropriately for your childs gymnastics class is a safety concern. Please no buttons, jewelry or zippers. Wear shorts, a t-shirt, leo, leggings. Tight fitting clothing is the safest. Really try to stay away from rings, dangly earings, necklaces and bracelets. Also, long hair must be tied back in a pony tail or the like.
There is a Multi-Class Discount, which you will receive a 15% discount off your child’s second (less expensive) class tuition when you sign up for more than one class per week. There is a Family Member Discount, which you will receive a 15% discount off your second child's monthly tuition when two or more children are enrolled in monthly programs.
In the event a student is unable to attend a class and the Front Desk is notified prior to class time, the student will be allowed to make-up the class if they are currently enrolled and account is current
  • Tuition:
  • Monthly tuition is due by the 1st of the month. Payment is expected on time and will reserve your child a space in their class. If you do not plan on continuing into the next month, please communicate with the Front Desk prior to your last class. You will be charged for classes unattended if we do not receive communication at the front desk, by phone, or email.
  • Payment Options:
  • IEGA accepts Cash, Check, Visa, Master Card and Discover. You can manage your account online through our secured website.
  • Auto Pay Option:
  • Sign up to have your monthly tuition automatically charged with E-Check or credit card, by the 20th of the previous month.
  • Late Fee
  • A $20.00 late fee will be added to unpaid balances on the 5th of each month. Return Check Fee A $25.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks
  • Refunds
  • There is a 100% money-back guarantee after the first class if you let us know that you do not wish to return. This must be done the same day of participation. Membership fees, Make-ups and Missed classes may not be used to pro-rate tuition or for monetary refunds. There are no refunds on pre paid months.
All of Avant Coeur Gymnastics coaches either have come up through our Coach In Training program or have trained for 15 hours with senior staff of the program they coach. They also are USAG Safety Certified through the Gymnastics Federations Governing Body. Our coaches are also CPR/First Aid certified for Adult, Child and Infant. ACG also does monthly, quarterly and annual meetings staying in the forefront of developmentaly safe progression training for all gymnastics skills. Our coaches also attend in house administrative and hands on clinics, as well as confrences held to keep ACG at the to of our game.
ACG rarely closes for bad weather. We will alert you by facebook, email, or SMS text messaging if we must close for any reason unexpectedly. ACG will handout flyers in class and also post flyers on the front door and in the observation area of known upcoming closures.
The Vault is ACG's Pro Shop and Snack Shop. During open hours, The Vault is available to purchase athletic wear, snacks, and anything else needed for your childs gymnastics convienence. If your child is enrolled in one of ACG's team level classes, they are able to put money on their accout to purchase snacks during class break times.
At ACG, you can start at anytime. Tuition is based monthly and we will pro-rate any classes you were unable to attend in the month you first start.
